Standard Shipping
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 9 business days within the continental United States.
Shipping costs and expedited shipping options will be displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.
Transit times do not include weekends or holidays.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING MEDICARE ORDERS

Medicare-covered Durable Medical Equipment (DME) products are shipped only to states where the company holds valid and active DME licensure and Medicare enrollment.
Licensure verification is completed prior to shipment for all Medicare-covered orders.

Nationwide shipping within the continental U.S. and international shipping apply exclusively to non-Medicare (cash) sales.

Domestic Shipping (Non-Medicare  Orders)

We ship non-Medicare orders anywhere within the continental United States.

International Shipping (Non-Medicare Orders Only)

International shipping is available only to Canada for non-Medicare  orders.

U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, and Guam, are considered international shipping destinations.

Estimated delivery time for international shipments is 2 to 3 weeks.
Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
UPS or FedEx may collect applicable duties upon delivery.
Please contact your local UPS or FedEx office for duty and customs fee details.

Returns & Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the returned item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued and a return shipping label is provided through our discounted shipping accounts, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
